Bellam Magai is a wonderful pickle, it’s a sweet memory in a spicy mouthful. At Ammamma’s Pickles, we take sun-dried raw mango pieces and let them soak in the richness of Andhra’s age-old combo: jaggery (bellam) and spice. The mango gives the chew, the jaggery brings a soft sweetness, and the red chilli powder adds that perfect punch.
This isn’t factory-made, truly home made wonder. Each bottle is freshly prepared only after your order, using cold-pressed groundnut oil, roasted mustard, garlic, and spices—all under the most hygienic, homely conditions. No preservatives, no colors, just the way Ammamma used to make it in those big bharanis (ceramic jars).
