At Ammamma’s Pickles, we start with fresh coriander leaves, lush and green, handpicked from local markets in Rajahmundry. These are cleaned thoroughly, shade-dried just enough to remove moisture, and then blended with roasted mustard seeds, garlic, red chilli powder, tamarind, and our signature cold-pressed groundnut oil.
Each batch is made only after you place your order, ensuring the flavor stays green, zesty, and alive. We don’t use any preservatives or synthetic flavors just the real ingredients our grandmothers used.
What makes this pickle special is the fresh herbal punch of coriander, layered with the boldness of garlic and the tang of tamarind. It’s perfect with hot rice and ghee, but equally delicious when spread over dosa, mixed with upma, or even as a side to curd rice.
