We wash and pat-dry each bunch, then gently sauté the leaves to bring out their natural flavor without losing their vibrant green punch. To that, we add roasted fenugreek, garlic, cumin, red chilli powder, tamarind pulp, and cold-pressed groundnut oil. No added colors. No chemical preservatives.
