This isn’t a fancy product. It’s just good, honest pickle made the way our grandmothers have done it for generations. Our Panasakai Pickle is made from fresh raw jackfruit cleaned, shredded, cooked, and seasoned right here in Rajahmundry.
We don’t keep anything ready in bulk. Once you place an order, we start the process from scratch. The jackfruit is picked fresh, cooked under clean, homemade conditions, and mixed with ground spices, rock salt, and cold-pressed groundnut oil. No added preservatives, no artificial colors. Just the kind of ingredients your own grandmother would trust.
The pickle has a strong, hearty flavor slightly fibrous from the jackfruit but packed with Andhra-style spice. It goes well with hot rice, curd rice, or even as a side to chapatis and upma.
What makes it special isn’t just the taste it’s how we make it. We follow the same slow, careful steps that were taught to us by the elders in the family. The jars are sterilized. The ladles are kept dry. And we sun-dry the mixture if the weather calls for it.
