Amla Pickle is something that combines heritage and wellness. Like our ancestors, we at Ammamma’s Pickles take the common amla (Indian gooseberry) and transform it into something very remarkable.
First, we choose fresh, plump amlas from nearby Andhra farms. After being cut, they are softly sun-dried to preserve their distinctive acidity. They are then combined with our exclusive cold-pressed groundnut oil, red chilli powder, mustard seeds, fenugreek, garlic, turmeric, and hand-pounded red chilli powder.
Every spoon is guaranteed to be fresh because each batch is only manufactured after your order. Simple ingredients and old-fashioned patience are used instead of factory-style processing, preservatives, or artificial flavours. This isn’t a store-bought pickle; it’s prepared in the patient, careful, and loving manner your Ammamma taught you.
